Roger shared his experience, "I had a monthly subscription, yet every time I tried to use it said I needed to purchase it. I called support and after confirming I had a monthly subscription they transferred me to another support team to fix the issue. After waiting over an hour with no answer I decided enough was enough and cancelled my monthly subscription. They charged me another $30 for early termination. Adobe is a great product but their service and subscription model sucks."

"You work more then the hours the center is open you have to be there before during and after they close so much is dumped on you you never have enough time also there is little to no training you just make it up as you go and turn over us is so high your lucky to even know your coworkers name never there last name upper management is unreasonable there isn't any help over worked and under paid comes to mind never know what kinda of day you will have very unorganized"

"This company does not care about its employees or the members it serves. Every staff is disposable and everyone knows it. There are minimal staff and always well below the state mandated guidelines. No one seems to care that the nurses and CNA's are overloaded at all times and often put in unsafe situations. The culture is toxic on so many levels and there is minimal professionalism. CNA's make minimum wage. Why bother dealing with the stress of higher ups who don't care about you and disgruntled members for minimum wage when you can work in retail or Dunkin Donuts and make the same or more! Nurses make a laughable amount. The hours are good but you never know when you may be required to work more or less. I would never recommend this company to even an enemy to work at or have their family member go here."

"This company is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. They don’t appreciate you as a hard worker or compensate you for all your skills and abilities to make the company better. The District manager travels to every company in MN and watch the one in Edina crumble before her eyes and not do thing about it. She hired an inexperienced, confused, and unprofessional manager to run this particular location. Both are oblivious of how messed up the place is and are very rude and disrespectful. When I worked here, they both acted childish like it was a high school. I’d never recommend this place nor would I ever work for this company again. It is a disgrace to have a company like this caring for our elderly."

"It's turned into a micro managed machine that only cares for its own pockets. Claims they care about the members but are constantly changing on them which is one of the hardest things for the members to deal with. Have gotten called and accused of things that were not true. Have a high turnover because they do not care about any of the employees that actually keep their business running. Best advise....STAY AWAY!"

"This company is very dysfunctional there are no repercussions when employees call off you pretty much are worked like a dog poor management the pay is not worth what employees go through I would not recommend employment"

"Is the worst place I ever worked for . The Center Director is a love, but every one else there is a disaster. Most of the workers all wants to be bosses and the Director doesn't address the issues. Not letting others to comply with there work duties. Also when the census is low at the center the regional manager request the director to start cutting hours from their employees (starting from the lowest paying rates ,which is $10 per hour). Employers there really doesn't have any stability. Cons: Dosen't pay for lunch breaks, poor costly health insurance, 40 hours not guaranteed"

"I worked at TBWA\Chiat\Day full-time for more than a year Cons: Upper management and HR is located in NYC, which is a part of the problem. They don't see the toxic culture and ineptitude of the in-office upper management. Upper management is hands-off of the daily projects and sets unrealistic expectations of employees. Some workers are "favorites" and work remote 30-50% even though company "policy" is 1 day a month and never a Monday or Friday. Unheard of in this day and age. Grossly understaffed, especially in the media dept. But that doesn't mean the upper management will pitch in. Client work is shabby because they bend over for unrealistic turn-around times. Bonuses are non-existent and they don't invest in their employees growth. Engage has an identity crisis. They dabble in too many areas and not perfect any of them."

Mostly because management is awful and can't say no to clients' idiotic demands. But, they don't. The Managing Director already ran one agency into the ground and she's doing the same thing here. The CEO was bounced to from LA to NY because everyone in LA hated him and they couldn't find anyone else to run the NY office. New business has pretty much dried up and, even if they win an account, they can't keep it. Lots of yelling and finger pointing and some really good folks have lost their jobs because they ended up being scapegoats."

"I worked at TBWA\Chiat\Day full-time Cons: - New Business: TBWA does not know how to pitch, win, or maintain business. The system is flawed (probably because there isn't one). The New Business department spends thousands of dollars, overworking 20 year olds until they nearly collapse. The win rate is pretty dismal. And if they do win the pitch, they can't keep the account for more than a few months. There is no transition plan, and absolutely no thought behind organic growth. It's thankless and pretty pathetic. - Leadership: The Worldwide, New York and LA leadership teams strongly disagree on policy and have no problem hiding that from the rest of the agency. In New York, they are all mandated to take "Leadership Training" classes so learn how to properly behave in a professional environment and avoid massive blowups/temper tantrums. Not exactly the creative "mentors" you'd think they would be. There are multiple fights between the NY leadership team - in the middle of meetings, on weekends, on calls. Multiple meetings where people screamed at each other, fighting over the subjective opinions of their own egos."
